Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Momayaz services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Momayaz provides:

Custom software development services
Web and mobile application development
Cloud infrastructure solutions
AI integration and consulting services
Technical support and maintenance

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
Payment is due upon completion of project milestones
Late payments may incur additional fees
Refunds are subject to our refund policy
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom software developed specifically for your project. However, we retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and general methodologies used in development.

Limitation of Liability

Momayaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
