Refund Policy

This is the guarantee behind every engagement.

1. Milestone payments before work begins

Any milestone payment is refunded in full if you cancel before work on that milestone begins. You are never locked in for work we haven't started.

2. If we miss the acceptance criteria

Every milestone in your statement of work carries written acceptance criteria. If a delivered milestone does not meet its agreed acceptance criteria and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your written notice, that milestone is refunded in full. We either deliver what we promised or give the money back.

3. Monthly plans: support, hosting, and marketing

Cancel anytime. No lock-in periods and no cancellation fees.
Unused full months refunded. If you prepaid for months of service that haven't started yet, we refund them.
First-month money-back guarantee. New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 30 days of the first payment, so you can try any plan risk-free.

4. Custom-project deposits

A deposit on a custom project is fully refundable at any point until the statement of work is signed. Once the SOW is signed, the deposit is treated as the first milestone payment and the milestone rules above apply.

5. What's not refundable

Completed and accepted milestones. Once you have accepted a milestone against its acceptance criteria, that payment is earned.
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf: software licenses, ad spend, and infrastructure or hosting fees already paid to providers.

6. How to claim a refund

Email [email protected] with your project or invoice reference and the reason for the request. That's all we need. There are no forms and no extra steps.

We confirm receipt within one business hour during business hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).

7. Where this policy fits

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and governs all refunds. If a signed statement of work or master services agreement sets different refund terms for a specific engagement, the signed agreement applies to that engagement.
